These terms and conditions apply to the use of this service and by accessing this service and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
We do not currently accept orders from outside the United Kingdom.
Any contract for purchases made through this service will be with West One Technology Ltd. West One Technology Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received, West One Technology Ltd will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. West One Technology Ltd's acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
West One Technology Ltd is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this service, operated by West One Technology Ltd are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions only cover the West One Technology Ltd service. Any other services or offers on the Readers Digest website which are linked to from this service are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

All prices are inclusive of standard VAT.
West One Technology Ltd accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Delta. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling.
Upon receiving your order West One Technology Ltd carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds in order to fulfil the transaction. No payment is debited from your card during this pre-authorisation check. Your card will only be charged upon dispatch of the items in your order. Your card will not be debited for items in your order which have not been dispatched.
If West One Technology Ltd has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by West One Technology Ltd from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to you and West One Technology Ltd will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. West One Technology Ltd will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of confirmed payment. Products will be sent via courier for next day delivery. Deliveries will need to be signed for.
In the unlikely event of a delay with delivery we will contact you with further information.
You are entitled to change your mind and ask for a refund within 7 working days of receipt of your order. The product must be in the original condition in which it was sent, unopened, and must include an invoice or any paperwork sent with the item. We will refund the purchase price less postage costs. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts of the device then we will offer a replacement, provided we are aware of this within the standard manufacturers 1 year warranty. We will arrange for collection of the item at no cost to you.

If you are exchanging an item, we recommend using an insured method of delivery as we cannot provide a replacement for items lost or damaged in transit. We track our phones with the IMEI number and this will be checked in the event of a return to ensure it is the original phone sent that has been returned. Please allow 7 working days for us to receive your phone and process your exchange, however this will normally be completed within 4 working days.
We cannot issue replacements until the original phone has been received back by us.
